Snow at last

It has been a long wait for snow this winter but it finally arrived this weekend! There wasn’t a lot in the city by Saturday morning so we went on a snow hunting adventure – by which I mean we had a 20 minute drive to Roslin where we found several inches of fresh snow to play with! There were snowballs and snow baths and sunshine and a spectacular snowman and what seemed like a whole coach load of French tourists, and it was super.

Ah, the first snow! I was so excited too. Now we’ve had this snow for over a week but it’s too cold and grey to go out and play in it. But it’s still beautiful
