Clever cookies

I’m back!  Rome was fabulously wonderfully brilliant and beautiful and I took so many photos it’s going to take me a few days to sort through them all, so you’ll just have to be patient.  In the meantime I thought I’d keep you entertained with this gingerbread version of the Colosseum, made by one of the contestants on the Great British Bake Off last night.  Isn’t it fab?  It’s already hard to believe I was in the actual Colosseum just a few days ago … *wistful sigh*
