It’s time to play the music
About an hour ago I sat down with my laptop to blog about how much I loved the new Muppets film. I thought it would be nice to share a Muppety video with you so that your heart could be as happy as mine, so I clicked on to their YouTube channel to pick one out. And then I spent an hour watching, and laughing, and singing, and laughing some more. Oh how I love The Muppets! If you haven’t seen the film yet (or even if you have) and you fancy a laugh, go go go. If not to the cinema, at least to YouTube.
For those of you with impeccable taste who have already seen the film of the year, what were your favourite Muppety moments? I especially enjoyed the subtitles, the church choir bus, Jason Segel’s dancing, the Muppet toothbrushes, the Muppet of a man / very manly Muppet dilemma, the dancing chickens, the way that Kermit’s songs always bring a lump to my throat, the Dirty Dancing moment, and Kermit’s Parisian polo neck!
YES. I loved everything about the new Muppet film – we’ve been singing the “Man/Muppet” song for weeks! And I wept at “The Rainbow Connection.” As always.

It was great! I’m still amazed by how much emotion they can express, particularly kermit.
